The sleeping quarters – ranging from rooms with two beds to camp-beds in annexes – comfortably limit themselves to the essentials and are likewise rustic and pragmatic. Showers and toilets are provided, just as is typically for lodges, not in the rooms. However, because the humid rooms are in top notch condition, no one here has to sacrifice comfort.  The heart of the Schatzer Lodge strikes a veranda bathed in light and a small quaint tiled stove – since year one the rooms are the place to congress in a pleasant atmosphere.
